Water or any other non-freezing and uninflammable liquid (for example, antifreeze) can be used as actuating fluid of the heat generator and heating system.The durability of the "NTK Heat Generator" is limited by the durability of the electric motor and pump. The complete overhaul period for electric motors and pumps is six years (home made) and 11 years (foreign made). The reliability of performance is secured by installation of at least two heat generating units. The failure of one unit would not stop the heat supply process.
One skilled sanitary technician can maintain and service several heat generating units (replacement of bearings and front compressors) in a community.
Specialists of "NOTEKA" company designed the "NTK" ecology friendly vortical cavitation heat generator for heating and hot water supply of industrial and private usage. Such local heat unit can be easily built in heat and hot water supply systems of houses and does not need any connection with the main heating system.
Furthermore, on the basis of the "NTK" unites mobile units can be produced. In case of heating system failure this mobile unit can be quickly connected to apartment house system during repair to secure vitality of a building.
To run the NTK unit three-phase 380 V power supply of adequate wattage and cold water are required. NOTEKA company produce, install, start-up, and adjust units. On request of a customer servicing also can be provided.
Now "NOTEKA-C" Company commercially produce six models of "NTK" heating units from 3 to 75 kW capacity. From 2002 "NOTEKA-C" Company is in good contact with community municipal services of the Moscow Region and many other Russia regions through designing and installing local heating units for supplying hot water and heat to houses and industrial buildings.
